At Aqua Center, we understand that plans can change and are committed to offering flexible options to our customers. However, due to the nature of reservations and the costs involved in preparing for the activities and excursions, we have established the following refund policy.

For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the activity or excursion, a 50% refund of the total paid amount will be provided.

If the activity or excursion has to be canceled due to adverse conditions, logistical issues on the part of Aqua Center, or bad weather conditions that prevent the safe execution of the activity, a full refund (100%) will be offered to all affected participants.

If a participant is unable to attend an activity or excursion due to a medical condition, a valid medical certificate must be presented. If the certificate is provided more than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or excursion, a full refund (100%) of the amount paid will be processed.

To request a refund, please contact one of our team via with the copy of the invoice at hand and, in the case of a medical condition, a copy of the corresponding medical certificate. Refund requests will be processed in the same day and within a maximum of 24h.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original booking. This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
