CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation with a medical certification, which proof reason to cancel excursion:
    ♦️ full refund of the amount paid;

  2. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the activity:
    ♦️ 50% refund of the amount paid;

  3. Cancellations less than 24 hours:
    ♦️ no refunds will be made;

  4. No-show on the day of the activity:
    ♦️ this is considered a late cancellation, so there will be no refund.

  5. Cancellations by the company:
    ♦️ if the weather conditions or operational reasons force us to cancel the excursion, a full refund or rescheduling of the activity will be offered, depending on the client’s preference.


DEPOSIT – it’s considered as a reservation for a place on the excursion taking other people’s place in the future no refunds will be made.
