AQUA CENTER's owners are on the market since 1990 and gained popularity and prestige throughout the quality and variety of its water sports services, specially in the diving area inside the most famous Hotels in the Caribbean. They own also experience in the Dominican Republic, Mediterranean Sea, Africa and Maldives.

Directly affiliated with PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors), AQUA CENTER has a variety of highly trained and high category Instructors available in today's diving market. The presence of a PADI Course Director (the highest Instructor rating in the PADI System), has permitted to develop the highest services quality, which are constantly controlled by the Quality Assurance Department of PADI, whit the goal to assure its customers with the highest standards and services quality.

PADI is the biggest diving association worldwide. PADI establishes training standards, trains and certifies Instructors and supplies the educational materials. Knowing that PADI offers worldwide recognized scuba divers training programs, you can be sure that you'll receive the most solid and recognized scuba certification available.

Our Dive Center is located directly on the Beach at 20 meters from the water of Sosua's Marine Park, it is equipped with high quality equipment, well maintained by our authorized technicians.

Our high pressure compressor, periodically inspected, is equipped with double high capacity filter system with electronic air analysis, commanded by the computerized system BAUER SECURUS, which permit to analyze air second by second in order to guarantee always pure and perfect air. Our scuba tanks are periodically inspected in order to guarantee purity of air.

To create a better training environment for our customers and students, AQUA CENTER has a classroom equipped with air conditioned, TV and VCR, slide projector, black board and everything we need to make training more enjoyable and positive possible. Also, we have a section dedicated to equipment maintenance and Equipment Specialist training.

During navigation, our boats (each one 25 feet) are equipped with VHF Marine radio to stay in contact with the Dive Center, with emergency anchor system for any situation. Our Captains are divers and Medic First Aid trained, like almost all our staff.

Like for diving, AQUA CENTER staff is prepared to satisfy any level for the Water Sports offered. We have all the requisites by law, operational permittment, Secretary of Tourism, insurance with coverage up to RD$ 3,000,000.00 for any negative eventuality.
